The Client Finder is a great tool for this type of query. For example, let's say that you need to pull up a list of everyone that closed a loan last year in the month of November. To accomplish this, use the Client Finder – Loan Criteria tab to filter your data according to the loan status and time period that you’d like to target.
- Open the Client Finder
- Set the Loan Officer field if you’d like to filter on records for a single loan officer. I you’d like to look at Clients for all Loan Officers clear out Loan Officer value by clicking inside the Loan Officer combo box and pressing the backspace key on your keyboard
- Click on the Client Finder – Loan Criteria tab to access the loan criteria fields
- Click the Closed checkbox in the Loan Status list
- Click the Loan Status History radio button
- Set the Loan Status Date Range button to Custom and set the From and To date fields to the month your targeting
- Set the Max Records field up to a number large enough to bring back all your matching Client records. For instance, if you think this number is around 225 Clients, set the Max Records number to 250 to be sure to see all your matching records. The default is 50.
