There are many powerful features in Cimmaron's family of products, but without proper training your users may not be aware of some of the features that can maximize their productivity. Phone Support and On-Line Training is included with our Premium Support plan or can be purchased with Pay-As-You-Go Pricing can help you to work more effectively and spend less time learning features and more time closing sales. Our staff focuses on the questions and training needs that come from people just like you day in and day out. We will use our extensive work experience to make suggestions and optimize your workflow to take advantage of the many features available in your Cimmaron application.
One on one live Internet training
- Using GoToMeeting software, our training staff is able to provide live Internet training to display the trainer's workstation desktop or optionally switch screens to view your own desktop and guide you through the application
- Go through the screens, build campaigns, import your data, etc.
- Learn by doing as both you and the trainer work on your application
- Training is available for all phases of the sales cycle
Group Internet training
- Our live Internet training services can be extended to train multiple users at different physical locations
- Conference call and multiple workstation access to the live Internet training session allows you to bring your team together for training no matter where they are located
Onsite training
- Onsite training is available by appointment
- Configuration, training and support at your location performed by our Technical Support Team professionals
