One on one live Internet training
- Using GoToMeeting software, our training staff is able to provide live Internet training to display the trainer's workstation desktop or optionally switch screens to view your own desktop and guide you through the application
- Go through the screens, build campaigns, import your data, etc.
- Learn by doing as both you and the trainer work on your application
- Training is available for all phases of the sales cycle

Group Internet training
- Our live Internet training services can be extended to train multiple users at different physical locations
- Conference call and multiple workstation access to the live Internet training session allows you to bring your team together for training no matter where they are located
- Free Live Lead Integration - The one time Live Lead Integration fee ($199) is waived for Premium Support accounts.
- Price: $5 per user, per month and a one-time $99 registration fee.

The $99 registration fee is a flat one-time charge that covers all your users. This fee is waived for accounts that also sign up for the Quick Start Package
- The monthly per user fee is calculated each month based on the number of active users in your installation. All active users are enrolled in the Premium Support plan.
- For example to access Premium Support in a 5 user system, costs would include the one-time $99 registration fee + $25 per month

Support and Professional Services are available on an hourly basis
- Billed in 15 minute increments
- $25 for each 15 minute interval
Lower your costs by pre-paying for Professional Services and Support
- 5 - 9 hours $90 per hour
